how long to grill filet mignon? It is just an awesome part of the steak and we do not like to just wing it. It seems the most scientific method is through temperature where about 130 degrees in the middle is perfect for me as I like medium rare but there are all kinds of ways to reach that perfect temperature. I like high heat searing so when it comes to how long to grill filet mignon for me, it is not very long!
